Pete

Pete is my boyfriend.  He is the greatest man I have ever met, next to my Dad of course.  Today Nikki and I were talking about my ex, and it got us to talking about Pete and how he is just a stand up good guy. Pete and I talk all the time about getting married, about our future kids, about our future life, but secretly am in no rush, I don’t want to wish my life all away.  I am happier now then I have ever been, I don’t want that to change.  Sure I can’t wait until we are married and start our future together, but if that doesn’t happen for a year or two I am ok with it, I know it will happen.  I mean nothing is going to change once we get married, except my last name.  LOL  We share a house, a bed and a bank account, a life now, all very well I might add.  We have the best time together, like this last weekend, we were together for 72 straight hours and never once got sick of each other.  He is the most handsome man I have ever seen, he entertains me, he makes me happy, he is smart, so smart, he is funny, he is sweet, he is kind, he loves me whole heartedly, he respects me, he is caring, he is an awesome provider and he loves my friends kids.  I love when I ask him how much he loves me and he holds up his fingers to to show me.  LOL  He is my soulmate, he is everything I could ever want in a guy.  Most of all I know he will never let me down, he will always be there for me and do the right thing, he is just that type of guy!  I am so glad I have him!

Blast from the Past….

It is so weird hearing from my ex boyfriend.  It was so weird to find out he is a Dad and that one of his little girl’s has a name I always used to want to name my daughter, like a long time ago probally around the time we dated.  It got really popular so I don’t like it as much anymore.  He was never really the fatherly type, we used to hang at bars, once in a while even a strip club, and now he is such a great Dad, I really admire the way he has stepped up, he is a single dad of two little girls now.  He has been really nice, he had so many nice things to say about me, things I didn’t know he thought when we were going out.  He has told me time and time again that he is bummed that I am not single, which makes me feel so good.  I like knowing I still got it.  😉  He asked me the other day if I was sure Pete was the one, he said he really doesn’t want to see me get hurt, I am too sweet for that, that he is always available if I change my mind.  I assured him Pete is great and I was not going to leave my honey and run off with him…LOL  He laughed at me and told me that most of all he misses my goofyness.  Me, goofy?  LOL  He also calls me his good little Catholic Girl.  He is Catholic too, one of his uncles is even a priest. It is really good to catch up with him.

Home Sweet Home

Well our trip to Ocean City is a no go!  We woke up yesterday to a great thunderstorm and we  laid in bed talking and decided we didn’t want to spend $60 in gas money yo got to the Ocean and back if we couldn’t have the weekend we planned.  We wanted to spend alot of time outside and had outside things all lined up for the weekend, so we changed plans and are now going to have a great weekend here at home.

Yesterday we got up and went to breakfast (No water aerobics because of the lightning, they close for that).  Then we went to the Chiropractor and to the grave yard to visit my mom.  We had some time to kill before the movie we planned on seeing so we made a trip to Sam’s Club.  I love Sam’s club.  We spend hours checking out all the cool stuff there.  We left there and headed on to Arundel Mills to the Movico Theater.  We seen the movie Kickin’ it Old Skool.  We laughed so hard.  It was really funny.  We loved it.  We really liked the parts that showed all of the toys.  Between the two of us we had all of the toys that they showed.  It was fun!  After the movie we went to Dave & Busters.  We had great fun playing all the games, and we had a nice dinner too!  After dinner we came home and had a nice night, we watched some TV and then headed to bed.

Today I don’t know what we are going to do yet, Pete is just waking up, I hear him moving around upstairs!  Hope you all have a great weekend!

Sooo Sleepy

I am so very tired today.  Tony came over and we had dinner.  Crab Cakes and Salads.  Yummy!  We got his eyebrows all waxed up, they were a bit out of control, it’s been about 5 months since he has them done.  After his waxing we sat around and talked for hours, Pete joined us after about an hour or so of our gossiping.  LOL  Tony loves a good gossip.  After Pete joined us the talk changed to bands and concerts.  Not nearly as exciting as who is sleeping with who and who is moving around and all.  It is so good to just hang out with Tony.  We used to hang out maybe 4 or 5 nights a week in our younger years.  Sleepovers, dinners, movies, wrestling, parties, drinking til we couldn’t remember our own names.  But we grew up, got boyfriends/girlfriends and just stopped hanging out so much.  Sure we exchange emails and chat on messenger and on the phone, he actually just called to find out if Pete had anything to say about him.  It was good to hang out.  I would like to have a cookout this summer and invite all of the guys.  There were three or four of them and me and Nikki and Crystal, we were the gang.  It was kinda like an episode of friends all the time in our house.  Tony left around 11:45.  Most of you know I like to go to bed around 9ish, 10:00 at the latest!

I went to Laura’s this morning to play Karaoke Revolution.  When I go there I made us breakfast and the two of us hung out this morning.  I love my sister so much, she can be so much fun!  I left around noon and I came home to wash our clothes for this weekend’s fabulous getaway!  I can not wait.  We don’t have as much money for this weekend as I was hoping for, but will should still have a good time.  We are going to fish, and walk on the boardwalk, we may even rent bikes to ride on the boardwalk.  I will visit my Mom’s memorial tree.  It will be a fabulous fabulous weekend!  I love so much when Pete and I are together.  I love the talks we have in the car.  We plan out our future driving long disances.  LOL

Well I better go and get my self together, I have clothes to fold and more to put into the dryer.  I also have to get ready for Lauren’s Dance Recital tonight!
