We just got done eating dinner. We had leftover fake Ziti. It was yummy. I love 2nd day pasta after it has sucked up all the sauce. We didn’t have any garlic bread so I thought I would make some. Here is my recipe:
1 can of Pilsbury Pizza Dough
5 cloves of Fresh Garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
2 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Parsley
3 or 4 tablespoons of Butter
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 tables spoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Take cloves of garlic and mince finely after covering them with the salt to add grittiness, add to a bowl, add softened butter and mush up with a fork to blend, slowly add Parmesan cheese until it all forms a paste, then add basil and parsley, mix well. Take a metal cookie sheet and spread EVOO on it then roll out pizza dough. Spread butter mixure on top and bake for about 14 minutes at 375 or until lightly browned. YUM!
This was way way better then any bought garlic bread I have ever had, soooo good!
